Shipping and Returns

At Liberty Watch Company, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day defect warranty. If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect, you can send it back to us for inspection within 30 days of receiving it. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, Liberty Watch Company may, in its discretion, replace with like-kind or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item or component. Please note that any shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable.

Liberty SOF Watch Issuance Policy Agreement for the Issuance of a Liberty Watch

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made this __________ day of ____________, by and between the member or members of _________________________________________.Full Name & Unit Assignment (See attachment for names) (the "Purchaser") and Liberty Watch Company LLC (the "Company").WHEREAS the Purchaser agrees to abide by certain conditions regarding the use, maintenance, and potential resale of the luxury timepiece product provided by the Company.WHEREAS the Company offers a limited lifetime warranty applicable only under specific conditions, along with maintenance services.NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree as follows:

1. RESALE AND TRANSFER: The Purchaser agrees that the issued watch cannot be resold, traded, or gifted without the prior written authorization of the Company.

2. LIMITED WARRANTY: The Company offers a limited warranty to the individual to whom the watch is issued. Any tampering with the watch mechanism or unjust destruction outside of uncontrollable circumstances will nullify the warranty. Additional terms related to the warranty are contained in the detailed warranty documentation provided with the watch.

3. MAINTENANCE SERVICES: The Company provides maintenance and refurbishing services. The Purchaser can request maintenance services from the Company, which will then issue a shipping label for the timepiece to be sent for maintenance services. Specifications of maintenance services are detailed in the addendum attached hereto.

1. DECEPTION: The Customer hereby undertakes not to deceive the Company in any manner to obtain a watch without having successfully completed a special operations Occupational designating course. In case of any such violations, the Customer agrees to forfeiture of any payment received and authorizes the Company to take legal action.

2. DEFAULT: If the Purchaser defaults on any of the conditions in this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and seek possible legal remedies.

3. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state where the Company's principal office is located.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement supersedes any and all agreements, either oral or written, between the parties hereto.

The parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first above written.

The following personnel have been validated as being qualified for issue and have agreed to uphold the terms outlined in the agreement set forth by Liberty Watch Company LLC.
